Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

Helpful and friendly
Very helpful and caring.As I am a solo traveler I was listened to and helped get the most of what I wanted for my forth coming holiday.Everytthing was booked for me,seats on plane,extra luggage the staff were so helpful and friendly

The experience and staff were great
The experience was great all the staff accommodated to my needs and wishes and were very helpful, I am booking from London and the staff (Juan) was helpful in giving me ideas on different and affordable ways to get down the Heathrow, overall experience was great will definitely book with Hays again.

I dealt with Amanda, both online and over the telephone. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and had no problem sneering any questions I had, she also priced up a separate booking for me at the same time. Booked straight away! I always recommend hays travel, I feel you can’t get better value anywhere else. She informed me of the discounts we could get and told me exactly what to expect when it came to paying for the holiday.

The staff in the Consett branch are always so helpful and have a smile on their face when you walk through the door. Mia helped us book a holiday in a resort that had been recommended to us by a friend. She helped us make an informed decision about our hotel choice and additional information about the resort. Great customer service as always which is why we always go back.
