Excellent Service Alison was very helpful and efficient. She gave us a £100 off our holiday by using a rain check voucher and she even phoned the hotel to check on a fridge to store insulin.

Had a holiday booked for Jan 27, changed it to Jan 28 and booked a cruise instead for Jan 27. Abbie went through everything and sorted it all out for us. Great stuff!!

Booking a last minute holiday and Allison was great helping us look at holidays.She found us a lovely break in zante a place we know well but haven't been for a good few years.

We were able to book a good hotel close to all amenities and attractions, confident it would meet all our needs for the trip.
