What a great shop
We only called int Hays Travel to ask about cruises but had such a lot of lovely help from Kamel that we booked a cruise there and then. He was kind enough to also help us with travel insurance.
We have never been on a cruise before, (we are in our 80's) so he went over things very carefully.
We didn't feel pushed into anything.
We highly recommend Hays Travel

Cruising +
We have booked 2 cruises with Hays Travel (our first) so we have had a lot of questions. The staff at both Nantwich and Colwyn Bay have been extremely helpful and patience, exploring the ship, room availability/oreferences, diet etc. We look forward to booking many more holidays with Hays. Looking forward to our holiday in March through Colwyn Bay branch, excellent service.

Good customer service
We were assisted by Samir who was very helpful in discussing our requirements and giving us information regarding the resorts available within our budget. We chose our holiday and again she was very helpful in letting us know when we would get everything we need to do before our holiday date.
