You know how rubbish I am with technology, how much I rely on you, your help and support to make things happen.
As a single woman of a certain age, traveling solo can be full of adventures, its always been good to have your back up.
I would never book a holiday with out Hays support and experience, ever.
They do keep trying to bribe me with Coffee, but im the sort that needs an in and out, sort it out now kind of lady.
They are good at that too.
It gives me confidence.
The knowlege the team has is endless.
I have yet to ask a question they can't answer....
I am rather a handfull, so if they can help me out.
They can help any one.
Ohhhh, not to Colwyn Bay office.
Had my bag packed to come home tomorrow, it was only when I asked Tui rep what time transport would be...?
She said Wed..8th...not Sunday 5th...
I actually do need supervision.

Friendly Experience
Did not have to wait to be seen and all three staff members were very friendly and informative. So much better an experience then sitting at home on a PC trying to sort it yourself
