Hays Travel - Colwyn Bay Recensioni 

We will only use Hays in Colwyn Bay for our holiday bookings. Our previous experiences with them have been so very good, and this time was no exception. We were looked after and advised so well by Tracey. Her knowledge of destinations and holiday extras is excellent, which makes our choices so much easier. Not only is she extremely professional and helpful, but also very friendly, making the whole experience easy and straight forward. Thank you Hayes, and thank you Tracey.

I usually book holidays for our family online but booking through Hayes travel has removed all the responsibility and many computer hours previously spent sorting out the finer details and the variety of
individual requests for preferred accommodation etc.
Special mention for Kamal who was very helpful and informative.

Our booking with p&o was booked by staff member very professionali and all details explained all the paperwork was spot on

Being able to talk to someone face to face and not a phone computer they were very helpful not like on the beach completely useless and a ripoff

Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They spent over 2 hours making all the arrangements for our holiday in one visit, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble - hotel, flights, transfers, parking, seating all exactly as wewould want them. We have ended up with our perfect holiday, and we can't wait to go!!! Thank you Hayes for taking all the stress out of booking!!!!

Colwyn Bay Hays Travel was excellent for my insurance Kemal was very professional and customer service skills second to none and he had a difficult issue to share we had gone in the week before and was quoted a price for my insurance renewal I had saved up for it then when I went to pay a week later he told me very nicely that unfortunately there had been a price increase I had another£20 to find. Kemal was very calm and professional it wasn't his fault he was just the person giving me the message. Really Hays need to give people notice as £20 is a lot for me but excellent customer service as always.

Tracey planned, booked and printed out every aspect of our holidays for us. She was extremely informative and helpful. We are delighted.

I booked flights with Hays in Colwyn Bay and they were extremely helpful as the process would have been very complicated for me to do at home .They are always friendly and do their best to sort the process as easy as possible for you and would always go there to sort out my holidays and currency.Keep up the good work Hays .
