Maia was fantastic, we were in to book two separate trips and she could not have been more helpful. She was attentive, listened and then provided an excellent service. She made the booking service so easy, when we as a family were talking among ourselves she picked up on what we were chatting about and made some very helpful suggestions.

We in no way felt pressured which has put us off travel agents in the past. She is an absolute delight and I would highly recommend her

We visited Hays Travel in Coleraine and were greeted with a smile from Christopher who was extremely helpful and patient with our request to book at holiday to Benalmadena. He spent time giving us different options. We felt confident booking our holiday with Christopher in Hays Travel.
