Another great Hays experience
Another great holiday organised by Emma and the team at Hays in Colchester. They do an amazing job. Planes, trains, and automobiles (from the airport to the hotel) all organised. They took so much of the stress out of the experience. Thank you!

I’ve been booking with Hays in Colchester for years now, the service there is second to none, I usually deal with Chloe but the whole team are great, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable Human Beings
I have for many years when travelling abroad ,used Expedia, with telephone conversations leading to my eventual happy holidays.Unfortunately,this time I found that they no longer wish to speak,despite assuring me they would get me to the right assistant ,I always ended up in a blind canyon.( not Great ).so after two fruitless afternoons,I gave up,so... No Holiday !!
Later,I remembered the Hays Travel,shop in Colchester
So I thought why not give them a try,we'll 1/2 an hour later,I was booked,and all thanks to the lovely Kathryn,I was on my way to China and Japan.
It was so easy,because Kathryn was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the impression that she actually enjoyed helping me.
So it will be Hays Travel in future, for me.thankyou Kathryn.superb.

We always book our annual holiday at our local Hays Travel. The service is exceptional. whoever you speak with.
They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Also nearer the time to your holiday you can pop in with last minute questions which they are always more than happy to help you with.
