Clare was very understanding of our situation as at first we weren't sure what sort of package we wanted as like most people we were on a budget. She was genuinely willing to get numerous quotes for various types of packages, and when we eventually decided but asked for a few "tweeks" eg like private transfers due all 4 of us not travelling well in coaches due to travel sickness, she revised her quotes again and it was obvious she was happy to do that to help create the best possible holiday for us. We were so grateful for her tenacity, patience and pleasant approach.

We booked as a very large group (5 families) which came with many challenges, Clare DaVolls was nothing short of amazing. She must have look at 100+ options for us over a few weeks including different dates, hotels and destinations. She managed to find us the perfect holiday. We booked through an online website last year which was a little cheaper however we had so many problems. This time round I feel 100% confident we won’t experience the same problems and I know that if I need any support she is easy to contact, always super friendly and will do her best to help.
