Claire found us exactly what we were looking for. Everything was straightforward and no hassle. She was prompt in answering queries and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had never used Hays before. We found Claire to be very good in meeting our ideas and needs in a holiday search request. We changed our minds a few times and Claire was able to quickly adjust. When we decided to book Claire answered all our questions. We found the process and the steps involved to book and pay the deposit very easy. Booking took a long time to appear in the app which was a bit annoying.

Claire is an excellent Personal Travel Consultant who is very professional and provides excellent personal customer service. She always goes that extra mile and i would highly reccommend her to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

Claire always gives great advice and recommendations on hotels / travel.
She finds the best deals and always beats the high street prices.
