This is the third time Claire has booked a holiday for me and my family, 2 UK destinations and one City Break. Each time Claire has responded very quickly to my inquiry, with quotes and other relevant details. Would definitely use again.

Claire was fantastic from start to finish. We gave her a criteria of what we’d like and she gave us some options. We booked the one which we thought was the best for us and the holiday didn’t disappoint. We want to go away for a short break at Christmas and we’re using Claire again.

Claire has been absolutely amazing to us as a family. From first contact to the actual booking of our first family holiday abroad, she has worked so hard providing different quotes for various resorts. Her communication has been faultless. Nothing has ever been too much and she made the whole process feel easy. Every last detail has been worked out with patience and i promise we will be back next year to book through her again. We wish that we could give her 10 stars.

Wow, what I can say....... from the first contact with Claire at Hays Travel we felt confident that she would help us find what we were looking for and she did just that. Very informative , lovely pleasant lady and no matter what we asked of her she delivered and at speed too! In a matter of hours we were all booked and the information Claire provided us with was fantastic. We are a large family so it's always a nightmare for us booking anywhere but Claire took all the pressure off us and sorted it out in a flash! She talked us through absolutely everything and every question we asked was answered fully.
I couldn't reccomend Hays and Claire enough. 5 stars + !!
