This is the first time I have used Hays…

This is the first time I have used Hays Travel and the first time for years where we have actually booked a holiday via a travel agent and would use them again as they matched evreything what was out there and compared all prices and it was very easy to actually speak and get some help and advice in booking the holiday .

Excellent service and advice

Our Contact, Sara, was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she offered lots of options and advice for a cruise we were considering, even selecting the best cabin for us. She also worked within our budget and helped us to reject options that were not good value to stay within budget. Having selected the cruise she was also very helpful booking car parking and hotel prior to flying and lots more.

The staff at chesterfield branch of…

The staff at chesterfield branch of Hays were absolutely fantastic,I went in having searched for a particular holiday very deflated as I couldn’t find what I was looking for, the staff went above and beyond to help and finally found and booked a special holiday for a special birthday. Big shoutout to chesterfield Hays for their help x

Excellent Service

Everyone in the shop was very friendly. We wanted to book with an independent travel agent and are very pleased that we did. The advisor was very efficient and helpful.

Leanne was a fantastic sales person. She was very funny, friendly and helpful. She included all details which wd needed to know eg: local tax prices etc.

Was a lovely clean shop all staff welcoming. Extra bonus had a free COLD can of pop whilst booking. Was much appreciated to sit down and chill.
