Why haven't I been using Hays sooner?
This was a real treat as it has been a few years since I have used a Travel Agent as we normally book everything ourselves. I forgot how knowledgeable they can be and how easy and quick it was to book our break away. Will definitely be using Hays from now on to book all our trips. All the staff were so friendly and helpful drawing on each others experiences to help us book an amazing break. Thank you!

First time I’ve used them, really good and very helpful, a lot cheaper than Jet2.
We dealt with someone called Zara, very down to earth and helpful.
