I'm posting this as an open and honest review of Hays Travel.
I'm appalled at this company. Having not travelled for years I selected them to arrange a city break to Vienna and showed the 4 star Elaya west hotel which boasts luxurious facilities- instead I found myself at the Elaya central hotel which was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed at since I was a student- on return I complained to the Travel agent who arranged this horror story of a trip and who agreed after seeing the pictures of the room advised the complaints process takes weeks (which turned to months) I was finally advised to take the complaint to ABTA Nobody likes the feeling of being ripped off but at £350 per night for a prison cell of a room sorry I can't let this go- so my review is a no star review of the hotel a no star review of Hays Travel customer service and no star review from me

I have used the Cheltenham branch twice now and have been so impressed with the quality of service i have received. They are very helpful and listen to my needs.

Went back in and saw Lily as Lauren was off that day, again very helpful and booked the holiday we had chosen.

when I was in Hayes Travel in Cheltenham recently I was was immediatly attended to and was impressed by how friendly, efficient and helpful the member of staff was.

The travel agent was very professional. He found the perfect holiday for us. I had looked online myself beforehand and gave up trying to get flights hotels etc. Time was spent with us getting the full package, flight times, hotel, transfers, all for a very reasonable price

Don't travel with Hayes travel. One of the worse holiday companies I've ever used. They get your holiday wrong and they don't want to help only give you 1% of your holiday back. Don't go their. They will scam you and destroy your money and holiday. Don't book with this. Very bad company. Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
