Great Customer Service
Charlotte was very helpful with finding me a solo safari holiday. She went out of her way to research choices and companies for me to choose from. Communication was prompt and professional and any request was dealt with no problem. Great customer service!

Outstanding service
Charlotte was outstanding throughout the whole process.
After I gave her the brief for the type of holiday we were looking for, she went away and research the whole holiday and came back with specific options which were a great reflection of the brief given.
Once we had decided on the trip, the booking process was spotless
