We were greeted and looked after by Ian at the Chapeltown store. He was excellent from start to finish and helped us find a dream honeymoon of America and Hawaii including a cruise for a great price. Extremely patient and knowledgeable staff
As always the staff were really friendly. We were there for two hours - we didn't feel rushed at all. The member of staff spent time showing us all aspects of the holiday to ensure it was what we wanted. She ensured the holiday was as cheap as possible - checking different dates and airports. We booked everything there and then - hotel, flights, car park and insurance. It was all made really easy with no stress at all.

We were greeted on entering the shop with warm smiles.
We sat down with Lucy and Ellie who helped us to find the right Christmas getaway for us at a price we were happy to pay.
They were very thorough in checking lots of options for us.
All the additional add ons such as the resort tax and visas were clearly explained to us.
Super excited and looking forward to our trip.
