My friend and I were booking a cruise for a group 5Oh holiday next year. Laura was extremely helpful and friendly . She explained everything in detail. My friend and I will both require assistance on the cruise and Laura ensured it was noted on our booking and what it entailed. We are traveling as a group of 4 , Laura managed to get us two balcony rooms beside each other ,My friend and I were both very happy with our experience as we had been to another travel agent previously for a 2nd quote and they were not as helpful or friendly.
