Very helpful just what we needed

Hayes offer that personal service that some large companies lack .

I had looked up our Cruise on tui website, then phoned Hays Travel. Spoke to a lovely member of staff who arranged everything for us. The price was about the same, but much easier to be able to walk into the shop with any questions...

Really good

Bethan was super helpful and very knowledgeable about what holidays were on offer and coming up. She took time to find out exactly what we wanted and made sure we were happy with our choice. Beats buying online any day.

As ever went to Hayes’s travel (wouldn’t go to anyone else) with no clue where we wanted to go. this time it’s a big shout out To Martin who like the rest of the team has the patience of a saint, after a couple of hours finally sorted us with another holiday .
I would say keep up the good work but absolutely no need as each member of staff are brilliant infact we are now on first names basis which to me means a lot
So see you all when we get back from this holiday !

Happy with the service we received when calling in at the Carlisle store,however if we hadn't quired the price we would have paid approximately £250.00 more for the holiday.Why is Jet2 payment date a month later than your payment date? I would propose we pay half the balance on 20/8 and the remainder on the20/9. Your sales assistant Bathne was most pleasant and helpful.

Rachel was very helpful on arranging not one but two wonderful city breaks for us, when we undecided on location and had very limited dates! Would recommend. We'll be back to book another soon.

We had an excellent booking experience. From the moment we walked into Hays, girl who served us (can't remember her name unfortunately) was brill. We told her where we wanted to go & when, she compared prices, showed us the different prices between weeks. chatted to us, explained everything, went through everything. Any questions I had, she answered, nothing was to much trouble.
We had an excellent booking experience in Hays last year, this is why we returned to Hays this year & once again had excellent service.
Would very highly recommend Hays. Customer service is exceptional
