Booked with Carla a few times now, never fails to amaze me. She goes above and beyond to find exactly what you’re looking for, at a great price. If you’re looking to book a holiday I would highly recommend her. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

We have booked our honey moon through Carla Blount at hays travel, she has gone above and beyond for us.
Answering any questions we have had even late at Night, she is always there at the end of the phone and willing to help.
We will definitely be booking future holidays with Clara and hays travel.

We have booked through Carla two times previously when she organised two fabulous holidays for us. This time we wanted to book on the same holiday with another couple who were already booked. We thought this may be a bit complicated, but no Carla did everything so quickly she is brilliant at her job and so friendly .

I went on holiday with my friend in may this year and it went seamlessly from getting there to coming home, she made amendments to the holiday beforehand everything was was all done.
