1st class friendly booking our holiday experience so helpful and as we are getting on a bit now takes all the stress off booking The lady that done are booking along with the young girl learning her job were excellent. Ray and Joyce.

Have booked here the last 3 years now because of the lovely staff nothing is to much for them to help you find your holiday great customer service every time

The team and especially Pam gave us their normal excellent service.
They are always so friendly and helpful and make booking a holiday stress free.
Their knowledge is second to none and we have dealt with Pam for many many years from back when she was in Thomas Cook in Earlsdon. She is a real asset now to Hayes Travel.

Hays travel agency is the only travel company I go to to book a holiday of a lifetime and be brave enough to trust they're experience with what my husband and myself want, we save all year to have an adults only holiday, having 10 grandchilren we love so much but there are times you want quiet. Terassa, Rhonda, Pamela are so experienced with this request, we've stayed in places we've never dreamed of. Looking forward to the next adventure in Cyprus, yet again a hotel that's new to us but l know it will be amazing. We were looking to book a cruise for a specific date and the one we had seen had sold out.The staff searched,and spent time on the phones searching other companies and found us one for similar dates which was wonderful.All of the staff were lovely and worked together as a team to get the job done.It was a pleasure to be in the shop as it was a relaxed atmosphere and everyone was friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff with a wealth of knowledge!

Very friendly reception. The process of booking our holiday was efficient and a good knowledge of the area was demonstrated.
The only weakness was the weak broadband signal in the office which made it impossible to download the Hay's App.onto our android phone.

This was my local branch, the city centre branch having failed to respond to my request. I received excellent customer service from Rhonda and there was great camaraderie between the staff.
