We went into Hays Travel - Cannon Park this week to book a cruise. Although we knew which particular cruise we wanted, we found Claire Lowe to be extremely helpful with specific details, ie choosing cabin, dining etc. She guided us through the whole booking process which was extremely appreciated.

We were very grateful for the offer of ongoing support. Having never used Hays Travel before, we went because of easy parking, local & good reputation. Will definitely use them again for future holidays.

I cannot thank you enough for changing my travel details owing to a bereavement. It seems it was no trouble at all, when I imagined it could get complicated. Nothing of the sort. My revised travel documents arrived promptly as promised. No lengthy time on the phone, on hold, no on-line or go to our app. Just good "personal" service. Took me back to when most things were like that. Thank you, I needn't have worried at all.
