Great people, flaky technology
The shop staff were great and knowledgeable, couldnt have been more helpful. Unfortunately the Hays Travel App can't find my booking, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Very friendly and warm welcome
Whenever we walk into Hays at Cannon Park we always are welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. The staff are so helpful and we feel very at home there. They listen to what we need and give us really good advice. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to book a Holiday.

Hays travel are brilliant. Went in to book a mini break and came out with a cruise! Rhonda was very helpful in trying to find us the right cabin, all the right ports of call and the best deal. Nothing too much trouble.
