From the first phone call the staff have been amazing - Danielle took criteria from me and found several options. We then went to Bury branch and Lily Mae booked the holiday for us. It was stress free and we are really happy with our booking.

Excellent customer service

My experience using Hays travel for the first time ever last week,was excellent from Start to Finish.
Start was a cunard cruise enquiry with Cruise expert in the store -Katie.
Finish was actually booking in the store,and paying for a two cabin deposit 5 days later for a 12 night Norwegian fiords cruise with Michel Roux for next November..
I only did this because of the professional in store service I received from start to finish, many thanks, Katie, Grace and Belinda for your personal assistance in store in Bury St Edmunds.
