Easy relaxed service,not pushy but gave us the facts on the cruise. Let us go away to discuss it over a coffee before we decided to book. Friendly staff who wanted us to be happy and not force a booking

we went to book a cruise for 2 couples Adam as always looked after us perfectly going into Hayes in bulwell is like visiting family.Adam and his team are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable they are our go to holiday bookers amazing

Whenever myself or my friends pop in to book a holiday or an enquiry they are happy to help we are a group of a certain age and things can become a bit over whelming when booking, but they always seem to put us at ease.

This is my 4th cruise I have booked with Hays Bulwell and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They really look after you here, I never feel rushed or pressured, they are really friendly and helpful. Keren is my go to, she’s brilliant. Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient.
