The young lady in the shop was very pleasant and helpful. Did not pressure us at all and gave us all the required information. Took all the pressure off, much easier than booking on-line and I felt more secure.

We have been booking all of our holidays with Hays Travel because it is a relaxed and enjoyable experience with the booking procedure being explained thoroughly from start to finish by the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back for future holiday bookings.

As usual Kirsty was friendly, professional, efficient, and made the whole booking experience stress free and exciting.

Friendly greeting, asked what we were after, helpful in finding options.
No pressure from Gillian to book there and then.
Gave her card, we phoned back to book, unfortunately it had gone but she found us an alternative which we booked.
This branch is definitely better than our local one. More room to fit at the desk.

I have been booking holidays here for years and in the past for my son and with friends too.

I won’t go anywhere else and that’s because I like to go to Gillian who is a wonderful lady bright and bubbly - I am always greeted with a big smile and a hello.Nothing is too much trouble.

It feels like I’m visiting a friend as Gill looks after me so well from start to finish of all my visits .

For each and every holiday I go in to book Gill gets exactly what I want and need for my particular trips .

This one I’ve just booked is a family one and Gill got everything that we asked for and needed for the adults and the infants in the party .

Gillian is so helpful kind and caring and knowledgeable too and she gets great holidays for me and that’s why I return each time for her wonderful customer service.

Louise was very helpful and friendly. We have never used a travel agent to book a cruise. We normally book directly with P&O as we like to choose our cabin but Louise had the P&O brochure and looked at the different cabins and prices. We went in as there was a cruise to the Caribbean with prices starting at £899 in the window and ended up booking 2 cruises. Would definitely use Hays Bromborough again.
