Jane the manager and all her staff at the kingswood branch are excellent and lovely, so helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. Always go the extra mile to help, even if it means staying later in the day to finish your booking.

Kate in the Kingswood branch was really helpful and friendly. We are a group booking, she was patient when several aspects of our request changed and price matched TUI for us. We felt supported, well informed and we'd book future holidays with her.
