My experience of booking my holiday at Hays with Amanda (at Kiingswood Bristol) is her courteous ways in how she explains everything about the holiday, Amanda is always so welcoming when you come through the door which is so important to me that first interaction is paramount from a customer's viewpoint. Service and Staff are so warm and friendly Shelley is also so welcoming too at this travel shop. Well done. I shall be back to book my holidays again and again. Rachael

I went into your Kingwood branch in Bristol to book a three day trip to Disneyland Paris. I work in the care system and this was a special holiday for a young lady. The agent Jane that dealt with my booking was super helpful and very efficient. Thankyou Hayes travel 💓

All good ,we booked & paid in full for…
All good ,we booked & paid in full for weeks holiday for 4 people.
We asked for a quote for as Alaska cruise/stay /train journey.
When the quote came back at over £10,000. It was a bit much for a 2week holiday for adults.
(May be unrealistic on our part)
I wrote a very polite email explaining it was too much & we wouldn’t be booking. Thanking the agent for her hard work.
I wasn’t expecting to get an email back questioning me & quizzing me,
I thought that was the point of travel agents.
No wonder people book online if you are made to feel bad,when the quote comes back too expensive .

We work with over 400 different suppliers. Therefore my colleague came back to you with some questions to ascertain if there were any tweaks or suggestions that could be made to the enquiry enabling us to make it more suitable for you. It got a little confusing from our end as the price we had sourced for you was cheaper than the one you had already seen and provided details for us to look into. Therefore she was just making sure she fully understood the brief to enable her to find the best options for you. I am deeply sorry if it didn't come across this way. Jane got us exactly what we wanted which reduced me to tears. As it means we can celebrate Christmas and New Year with our son in NZ we haven't seen him in two years.

My excellent visit to Hayes Travel
I had a very specific idea of the sort of tour I was looking for and Jane immediately said she knew just the tour that would suit me. Unfortunately there was no availability but she phoned the company and came up with an even better option which I booked straight away. The service was very friendly and professional.
