Jane in the Kingswood office was excellent the only small criticism is that she was supposed to email visa details ,still waiting. Have to upgrade to 5 star Jane did send email my phone playing up and thanks to the rest of the girl's in Kingswood office forcing to sort my phone went beyond and above thanks everyone 😀

We visited to book last minute…cruise
We visited to book last minute cruise.therep was most helpful In the past we have had trouble choosing our cabin as the cabin details are small in P&O brochures however she took a photo on her mobile phone then enlarged it.
She was unable to complete our check-in however she did it after we left and we were able to pick up boarding passes and luggage labels later

Great Experience
Jane was great, gave us lots advice and choice's and was an easy process and good experience all round. Would definitely book through Hays again. Took all the stress out of doing it ourselves and booking things separately, as we had everything included.
