I went to my local Hays Travel in Bridlington on 24/08/26 to see about booking a holiday for next year. I was warmly welcomed by Aimee and she was so helpful. I went in with a 'blank canvas' and I told her where I was thinking of going. We spent a good 2 hours looking at hotels in the destination I wanted to go and I got it booked with her. I'm buzzing because it's the first time I've ever booked a holiday without my husband's input and Aimee was brilliant. Great service 😊

Hayley in Bridlington shop listened to where we wanted to go and price and delivered on both. All the staff are friendly and cooperate with each other.

I went in hays travel Bridlington in a slight rush, ready to book a holiday for next week and unfortunately the system was having technical issues. However the lady who served me managed to get everything sorted for and was so helpful considering the system was playing up. Thank you for being so efficient and helping me on such short notice. I can't wait to get the kids away next week ❤️

I booked the holiday for my upcoming 60th birthday and my sons birthday .But there were lots off extra costs and my son was supposed to pay his side off things and he wouldn't even give me the deposit money so I asked to cancel the holiday within days of booking and you wouldn't refund the 500pound deposit as far as I was aware there normally is a 2 week policy to cancel however I was told I couldn't get my money back so I will not be booking with you again .b

Went to the bridlington branch on the Thursday to book benidorm for the Saturday
Staff did a great job to get me there in 2 days time

Very helpful and understood straight away our needs

When you walk into the Bridlington branch the staff are all pleasant. We choose Hays because we get what holiday we want and the staff accommodate your needs. Jonathan and Kelly were brilliant and we got what we wanted.
