Staff at Hays travel in Brentwood are always a pleasure to visit. So helpful, friendly & polite.

Lisa was fantastic!!
Lisa was fantastic and gave me 3 holiday options, due to my mobility issues I have specific requirements, which she was help to ensure the hotel and bedroom suited my needs.
She also booked assistance at the airport and our seats.

We were at the shop in Brentwood on Saturday to pay our balance for our September holiday and as usual my picked Dan to talk to.My wife asked about a weeks holiday in April 26 at our favourite hotel, RH/Royal in Benidorm. In short time Dan sold us the holiday we wanted.
