Lovely helpful staff
After looking online for weeks on end they made booking our holiday easy

always great helpful service from the ladies at Bradway Sheffield

Very efficient and organised service nothing was too much trouble for them and made phone calls to answer our queries.

Chloe listened to what we wanted from this trip to Benidorm. She made it easy to book, no fuss and matched the price found on our Jet2 search from earlier in the day.
Overall, 5*

I'm afraid I didn't have a very good experience. After paying the full amount for the holiday as requested (not a deposit), it was discovered the booking information I received had the wrong dates and times. It wasn't until I flagged up the errors, that they noticed and checked with there tour operators. The correct cost was significantly higher so I asked for a refund immediately. Had I not checked or called back, would this have been noticed or acted upon as Hays had not spotted this before sending out the booking details ? What would have happened come the day I'd left for my holiday ? It's made me wary about using these again.

As usual, we knew which holiday we wanted to book and Sandra was able to hold the phone line for some time at a very busy period until she got through to the travel company and made our booking for us.

The Travel Agent was prepared to stay after hours to follow up my concern.

As always Nicola and all the girls are very friendly and professional in helping us book our holidays. We always feel Nicola goes over and above in getting us the best deal she can and for that we are very grateful. We would always recommend the Bradway office to friends and family.

Although my reservation was done by a third party, the service was excellent. I was always included and kept updated with proceedings.

We where very happy with all of the staff who are very nice and helpful doing our holiday booking 😀 again 👍
