Talia was brilliant
Talia who booked our holiday in Bolton was friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and professional who went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up on our phones. To be fair we have booked many holidays here and have always received great service from every travel advisor!

Very helpful Hays travel assistant, listened to my options and let me choose my holiday. I went home armed with 4 options and rang back same afternoon to book after discussing with my husband.
