Hays travel is where we go to for overseas holidays
But we now realise ( having booked 2 uk holidays with them ) that we can approach them with any ideas we come up with

I emailed in my requirements to Hays travel in Bolton. Within 15 minutes Brandon had emailed back with 3 different options. I had to think about it overnight. I went with the option that had direct flight. I rang Brandon back the following morning and he booked it for me. Followed by confirmation of my flights and hotel reservations.
I would recommend Hays Travel.

Despite what it says though, Hays travel is not longer in St Andrews' Court but now on Oxford St.

We called in to collect the tickets for our holiday. We were surprised to find that Emerald do not issue tickets as was your representative, Amanda. However, she kindly took the time to telephone them to clarify the situation.

Always book through Hays in Bolton as they are very knowledgeable. The branch staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Claire and Sarah who we have dealt with on numerous occasions. They make the task of booking a holiday very smooth and simple and we much prefer dealing with a person rather than book it ourselves. Would highly recommend
