Brilliant as usual. Booking for Azamara was not as straight forward as with other cruises but Hannah was very diligent in checking every detail and also keeping an eye on the pricing. Thank you.

Many holidays over the years
We have booked many holidays over the years with Hays Travel and have always been more than delighted with the service we receive. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They give you plenty of time, are always on hand to answer queries either in person or over the phone, and above all, whilst totally professional, they are super friendly.
We've just booked another two trips for this Autumn (yes, we know we are lucky) and everything seems set to go off well - again! Thank you once again.

Carole made direct contact with Fred Olsen to ensure that we were able to get a cabin that suited us.

Hannah saved us a bundle of cash..!
We popped in and saw Hannah to discuss a cruise we had already booked while onboard a previous cruise. It became clear that if we cancelled our existing booking (forfeiting our already paid £100 deposit) and then rebooked the same cruise we would be better off. We agreed and Hannah sorted everything for us. She even managed to rebook exactly the same cabin.! She effectively saved us around £900 for the same cruise, same itinerary, same ship, and even the same cabin..!! Potatoes all round😄👍🏼

As usual Hannah was extremely helpful. We were only in Hays for 30 mins and everything was sorted out, cruise booked. If you are asking me to make comment on how to improve things my answer would be "you cannot improve on perfection" Any time I hear of someone wanting to book a cruise I say "go to Hays Travel, they sort everything out for you"
