Once again Molly was totally focused on our requirements and made sure that the holiday we wanted was booked. This included changing flights, board basis and transfers. I have no reservations in recommending Hays Travel in Bishop’s Stortford whatever your holiday needs.

I came in today and saw Karen L to book a Seychelles holidays, I had been in before to see Karen and she gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision, so when I returned today I had made my mind up. Karen gave me enough information when I came in previously for me to make this informed decision.

Karen throughly researches everything that I need.

Karen was so thorough when helping me decided on what I was looking for. It was a difficult decision as there were so many options but Karen explored every option. Also, I didn’t know that you can pay by direct debit which I wasn’t aware of and Karen told me about this which is a better way of paying as they were lower monthly payments that I was going to pay.

Karen did a fantastic job and I have got my dream holiday.

I’m already inquiring about my next one.
