Booking the holiday was easy as we had traveled previously with Hays so most of the information needed was already available to Molly on their system

Its always lovely going in to Hays in Bishops Stortford, all the lady's are always happy to help especially Paula & Molly.

Molly, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about Caribbean cruises: it’s our first time, so she made us feel like we’re in safe hands
