Imogen was extremely helpful and provided a number of options for us to explore before finding us a great deal cheaper than I could find online. Nothing was too much trouble and Imogen answered all of my queries quickly. Great service.

We were so impressed with the branch in Birtley simply because all staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Jill who was amazing and helped us decide which holiday to chose ,her knowledge is impressive . We normally book independently however this experience with Jill has made us think of how we will book in the future. All staff here and especially Jill are a credit to Hays travel you should be very proud of your staff
