Rachel was extremely helpful and was determined to find something for me which she did. This is my first solo holiday after losing my hubby. I wanted firstly to book a cruise as we had been on several previously, but way too expensive, settling instead for a hotel. Still feeling a little nervous, but sure I will be fine

We have never had nothing lest than 110% commitment from the staff at your birkenhead town centre shop.

From start to finish, your Birkenhead Branch have been amazing! This is the second time booking with them and they are as amazing as ever. In particular, James looked after us, firstly emailing us promptly over our quote and helping alter our itinerary to suit us. Then spent a lot of time finalising our booking with us. He made the usually nervous process of booking a holiday easy, simple and relaxing. I would and have recommended booking with Hays since the experience is always 10/10
