Its always a good experiance when we book at Hays as staff are friendly and always manage to book what you are lookimg for at a good price if they can in particular we often use Atherlie who is very good and knows what we like and when one returns from a holiday always get asked by email to drop in and let them know how our holiday went the staff are always intrested!

Staff very welcoming in the Billingham store. Atherlie was the lady we dealt with and she was very helpful and patient with us as we were deciding on a holiday. The booking process was very simple.

Outstanding Service from Hays
We traveled to Cyprus from Newcastle and everything was planned and set out for me like a military plan. Everything went so smooth. All I had to do was get to the airport. The Hays staff in Billingham were, as I’ve come to know, on the ball. The hotel in Pahos was outstanding and would certainly recommend it. All in all a fantastic holiday.
