Sophia guided us through the cruise process as this is the first one either of us have been on

We knew roughly where and when we wanted to go but the lady we saw helped us in deciding for certain which hotel. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely return for our next holiday requirement.

Nothing is ever too much trouble , even researching holidays when she is not in store.

The complications on the holiday we booked for next year would of been impossible to do yourself. Everything was done for us after over an hour in store I no the holiday will be perfect not only do they match your price they come up cheaper .they take the stress out of holiday bookings check you in and print everything off for you wouldn't use anyone else

Went to book a holiday with 2 friends for next year. Amy was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
