Jackie was extremely efficient and helpful with booking and catering with all our other needs concerning transfers etc. all the staff in the bed minster branch are cheerful and always willing to help with any questions

Poped into Hays Travel bedminster to book a trip to New York Sophie and Lisa were both so friendly and really helpful Lisa been there before and was able to give us loads helpful tips and hints they both worked really hard finding us an hotel that was best price for us and talked about places to go etc really great service and friendly would defo be going back there again to book and recommend them thanks ladies made it all so easy for us 😃

Everything was simple and easily explained. Jackie was very helpful throughout the entire booking process.
The hotel we originally wanted was fully booked, but Jackie found us a great place to stay, which is not far from the hotel that our friends are staying at.

All three ladies, Jackie, Rachel and Sophie are very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. All my questions were answered and another holiday booked!

We had such a great experience with Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the cruise experience we were interested in. She booked a package including flights, hotel, transfers and cruise. She also booked us a hotel and car parking at the airport while we are away. She showed us so much detail on the computer to ensure us that what we were booking was what we wanted and suited our needs. As always I recommend Hays in Bedminster to all our friends looking to book holidays. We always have such a great experience.
