Very friendly staff
Louise in the Bedford branch was very friendly and helpful. She organized everything for us, including our assistance on the plane. Louise was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to travel, and made our booking experience very simple and easy. We will be using Hays travel again.

Holiday Experience
We found the whole experience of booking our holiday, so easy. Louise who we spoke to, was so efficent. We told her where we wanted to go, and within minute there were so much choice in Crete, our ideal destination. We decided on a location that looked very nice, at a reasoable price. The booking was very easy, and we were very happy, thanks to Louise.

Highly Recommend
We haven't been abroad for many years so decided to go to Hays Travel rather than try to book online. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the whole experience was so very professional, friendly and clear. It was our first time with Hays Travel but we would definitely book again for all our travel needs. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience with Callum, but the smoke smell was driving us all potty until Callum located the problem, which was next door, fire engines were called & I’m hoping everyone was alright as customers were told they must leave.
