Not travelled in a long time so didn’t have a clue on what too do, Sarah was amazing and sorted everything out for us. Would highly recommend and all the staff were lovely and the service was amazing.

Lovely, attentive staff who took time to make sure we booked exactly what was right for us. We had Lauren for this booking but Daisy had given us information to go away and think about the week prior so we we're fully informed. Sarah and All the staff are just lovely and very informative.

I recently booked with Hays Travel and received outstanding customer service from Georgia, who is an apprentice. She was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything easy and stress-free for me.
Georgia went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and answered all of my questions with confidence and kindness. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and she is a real credit to Hays Travel.
