Hays Travel - Basingstoke Mall Recensioni 

I recently wanted to surprise my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary, so I visited Hays Travel in Basingstoke, and I’m so glad I did. Issy and the rest of the team were fantastic from start to finish.
Issy suggested Cyprus and found us a beautiful adults-only 5-star hotel just off Coral Bay, which was absolutely perfect. The whole booking process was smooth, professional and stress-free, and nothing was too much trouble.
What really made our trip extra special was that Issy had contacted the hotel in advance to let them know we were celebrating our anniversary. On the day, the hotel surprised us with a cake and a bottle of bubbly, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more memorable.
A huge thank you to Issy and all the staff at Hays Travel Basingstoke for helping create such wonderful memories. We will definitely be booking with Hays for our next adventure!

Emma, in the Basingstoke branch, was brilliant - latched on to what I was asking immediately, expert search and great communication with package providers (and with me!).

The travel advisor (I cannot remember names) took a lot of time to find a holiday that fitted my requirements. She was successful.

The team of people that stand out from the rest , makes them the go to place in Basingstoke 😉

I went to the basingstoke branch today to get some currency, I was dealt with by an amazing lady called Cally, she was extremely helpful and gave me loads of travel money advice and helped me set up a travel card
The reason this has got a 2 star review is not because Cally the currency lady was awful it was because she was treated appallingly by another member of staff while I was there.
It was not her fault the delivery came while I was there ,she asked for help from another member of staff and got eye rolling and attitude ,the whole thing was embarrassing, In front of myself and the delivery guy,

I was very impressed with the the customer service I received from Hays Travel in Basingstoke. I rang and spoke with Rhiannon. This is the first time I have used Hays Travel and booking a Jet 2 holiday was also a first too. She patiently went through all the booking procedures throughly and all the questions I had. I found her to be extremely polite and helpful.
