Great communication and made choosing very easy for us after a long search on our own.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Mo, whowe always try to see but other members are helpful and bureau d change is always accommodating

My wife and I wanted to book a short holiday to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary. We had no idea where we wanted to go, we just had a budget and dates we were available.
The lady in the shop spent ages with us, looking at different locations, making sure the flight times would match up to what we wanted, and in the end we booked what looks to be a great holiday. We can't wait to go, and we are both very thankful for all of her help.

We were after a 7 day break to Benidorm, neither of us have been there before. Sam was very helpful and we made a good decision with her help.

Sam was very helpful and the whole booking experience was great. I will definitely use this service again in the future. My family and friends have used different Hayes branches and they received excellent service too.

So me and my mother-in-law both booked holidays with you costing us £10,000 with virgin thinking that we could book our seats together not realising that that would cost us extra money not being told this and that we would have to pay 2 1/2 thousand pounds per couple to upgrade our seat to the economy delight also wasn’t told none of this. I just feel that it was okay quickly taking the money off of us to book the Holiday but nothing being explained properly. I just wish I never booked with you and went direct with virgin.

My first time using hays travel as it was recommended to me, I went to the Basildon store to get a price for a trip to the USA for next year and ended up booking it the same day. We dealt with Suzanne who sorted everything out for us including all our transfers and flights. I will definitely be using hays travel again for all future holidays ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have booked 2 years on the trot with hayes the assistant was called Claire she was efficient and very friendly. As I'm disabled and need assistance it was important that my holiday was arranged properly. I will definately be going back to hayes in the future.
