Always book our holidays with Vanda, nothings too much trouble, she gets it right everytime, wouldn’t have anyone else plan our holidays or breaks away.

Lucy in Barnard Castle couldn’t have been more helpful. I was fed up of looking online for best deals so walked in and asked for help with flights departing in less than 24 hours. Lucy went through everything she could to meet my brief and booked out holiday. Thanks so much!

As always, staff at Barnard Castle branch provided a first class service. Vanda knows her stuff! Was able to give us great advice and booked everything immediately. We’ve had enough of trying to navigate online booking sites, ever changing flight details, etc. so it’s a breath of fresh air having the reassurance of a travel agent that does it all.

Vanda in Barnard Castle branch was fantastic. She helped us trying to put together a last minute package to a lesser know area. We eventually decided not to go with it as there wasn't any decent accommodation. We then decided to go with a straightforward holiday which she booked very quickly and efficiently.

VEry helpful assistants, one for money exchange, one for unexpected holiday booking. She explored a number of options regarding flights, dates, etc and found something suitable for me at a reasonable cost. Once home I read about the hotel and am now a bit unsure how good it will be. Perhaps if she's looked up some reviews I might have gone for a different one.
