I contacted Hays to price bookings for next year and spoke to Velizara. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.
Although I already knew where I wanted to visit Velizara listened intently and with enthusiasm! Velizara was able to offer some further suggestions to enhance my holiday choices.
