Great customer service
Our travel consultant was very helpful, enabling us to book the holiday we wanted. She was able to answer a number of queries we had to our satisfaction. I was very impressed with the experience of booking with Hays Travel and will do so again.

Claire was fantastic
Claire was fantastic; she provided me with a comprehensive list of holiday options for sun destinations. When I chose Rhodes, I asked for an alternative hotel and Claire found one that met my requirements. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Hays Travel. Off to Rhodes in October 2026, all thanks to Claire.

Robyn who helped us with the booking listened and understood our Family requirements. She was thorough, and prompt in her responses and was amicable and professional.
It was a delightful experience and hope my first cruise will be as memorable.
