I spoke to Karen regarding an Asia cruise offer I had seen on the branch Facebook page. I mentioned we didn't have out heart set on a cruise but wanted to travel around Thailand. She kindly offered to work up a quote for both options using her own Thailand holiday as a blueprint. I received the quotations quickly and Karen nailed exactly what we were looking. She listened, was professional and attentive through the whole booking process. I would highly recommend Hays and Karen for any travel needs in the future.
