Holiday booked. With in an hour. Person very pleasant

I've booked a few times now with Hayes,the staff are very friendly professional and helpful i won't go anywhere else to book my holiday,the staff are brilliant that's the kind of people I would employ I've always said if you give people what they want they will always come back to you,their brilliant.

The staff were great and sent me all the information that we needed to pick a great holiday destination

Abbi was extremely good at her job , she asked all the right questions to enable her to find the best holiday for us. She is a credit to your company.

Popped in to discuss cruise options for next year, Abbi was really helpful. We did more research ourselves, and decided to go back to book with Abbi. Her service was excellent, we had all the info on our chosen cruise, and she went through everything with us. Another agent had been on same ship and she also gave us lots of helpful info (sorry can't remember her name). All in all great, professional and friendly service from the team in Ayr. Looking forward to our trip knowing they will provide any additional assistance we might need before we go.

Kay was very knowledgeable in helping my mum and I chose a cruise and ran through options and we felt very informed. We booked our cruise and were delighted with our experience booking this. I would absolutely recommend Hays Travel Ayr.

Friendly and polite staff didn't rush us

Had been trying to organise a cruise for myself and my husband but found options a little confusing. Popped in to Hays and spoke to Louise. Told her what I was looking for and she worked very hard and used her wealth of experience & knowledge to find the perfect combination.

Overall it was a pleasure to get the assistance from Abby at Hays travel. I tried to make a booking on the Ryanair website which was hopeless and Abby arranged great departure times and fantastic return times to prestwick airport

Booked our holiday with Nicola Ayr branch. Nicola was helpful friendly and a pleasure to deal with she done everything for us and made it easy to book our last minute holiday, even sorted airport assistance for my daughter who has autism. We will book with Hays again. Happy customers 🙂

When we visited Hays Travel in Ayr, we didn't have a specific destination in mind. We wanted to go somewhere in Europe with a short flight time and sunny weather. The agent showed us several destinations/hotels/board etc and then mentioned Menorca. We've never been before and with flights at 2hrs 40mins, a hotel offering an acceptable All Inclusive deal, and in a quiet area we decided that was the holiday for us. The price was very reasonable too. We had our holiday booked within 30mins and we were happy with the service at Hays. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.
