Staff were very helpful and worked so hard to sort the issues we were having whist booking as the system went down but they got our holiday booked at the end of a long few hours

We were booking our first cruise, and it is very confusing, but Andrea was absolutely fantastic she went through everything with us to help to make the best choice for our needs, and the whole visit to Haynes was very enjoyable.

Fantastic service went above and beyond to try and find the holiday I wanted because I left it very late to book it was a struggle but Andrea never gave up and went on so many different holiday company sites and found the dates, flights, board and excursions I wanted.
