Anne-Louise, at the Ashford branch, took us through some great holiday options based on our 'limited' suggestions. She explained everything carefully.

I was given accurate information about my flights to Australia in 2027 and Isobel was very knowledgeable. The booking was efficient and completed in 2 days including my seat allocation.
